The staff in this shop are so lovely.

Tina and Ley are amazing (as is Tina’s husband and son Kevin). They do a lovely job of my manicure and pedicures.

A wonderful touch to be offered a drink too ☕️.

i came here on the 21st without an appointment and they were able to fit me in for a soak off and a new set and i must say i am so impressed these nails are perfect the colour the shape and the length are perfect and exactly what i asked for thank you so much!!!

Not happy with any nail bars in letchworth so I tried this one.. I’m so so pleased I did! Removed the awful chunky set gently and applied my new set EXACTLY how I wanted. Beautifully and professionally done. So natural looking, right length and shape. Customer service was so brilliant especially as I was a walk in too. Only waited 10 mins to be seen. I honestly cannot fault the guy that I saw. Perfect Thankyou 10/10

I have never done pedicure anywhere as good as this salon. After finishing, my feet are no longer dead skin, my heels are very soft and clean. All staff in there are very friendly, service is very good. They have a full range of free drinks including red wine and champagne on Christmas and New Year. I highly recommend this salon, i will be back.

My daughter's nail polish peeled off within 2 hours of having them painted. I rang to ask why, I was asked to take her back down and they will rectify the problem. When we got back to the shop, two ladies were incredibly rude, the first lady that painted her nails, and the second, who I assume is the owner. The owner grabbed my daughter's hands and told her "you need to wait under the dryer for one hour, you did not do this last time, that's why they have peeled off". Not my daughter's fault. My daughter sat there welling up and asked to leave the shop as she was so upset. An awful first experience for a 9 year old that simply wanted pretty Christmas nails.

Been going here for several years now. New owners are brilliant, deco is lovely and staff very welcoming and always offer tea, coffee, water etc
Great vibe and love coming back every 3 weeks to see them.

I would give this place 5stars plus. Since the ownership has changed the quality and professionalism is on spot. I'm very fussy about my nails and I can't really find anyone to do any crazy desings. Thanks you ♥️
