Had acrylic infills and gel colour done here. The finish wasn't great as they do not paint close enough to the cuticle - meaning that within a week it looks like you need your nails redone again. Gel colour usually lasts two weeks before it has grown out too much.
Within a week of having the infills done a lot of the acrylic had begun to crumble (at other places it usually lasts two weeks until next lot of infills are due)
Gel colour also comes off so quick - Within a day or two of having a colour applied, it begins to peel off. Don't know what they are doing wrong as other nail bars I go to the gel colour stays perfect even after two weeks.

Just had my nails done this morning, had gels on toes and powder gel tips and gel polish on hands, in and out within the hour. Excellent service, very efficient and helpful. Not rude as previously commented. They are very professional and my nails are lovely, thank you!

The acrylic nail smell was so strong that for that alone I will struggle to return. The UV light wasnt working right so they had to be re done.
Good choice of colour, although charging an additional £12 for gel, on top of the original pedicure price, when actually they are quicker to apply, seems ludricuois and this pricing structure is unclear. Since coming home I have found blobs of clear nail polish on my toes.
Really disappointed as I want to support local business.

Mel went to get infills and the lady that did them was just rude. Constant talking in Vietnamese, which seems to be a trend in a lot of nail shops, but it’s very obvious they are talking about customers.

- no checking if nails are dry
-no politeness AT ALL inclusive or basic communication
- no massage
- several coats of polish with no drying. Nails were ruined twice. The second time, over an hour after I had left the shop

I was in a hurry to leave the shop and won’t be returning.

my appointment was at 2:00pm and they didn’t start doing my nails until 45 mins later. i asked for a simple glitter fade and they said they couldn’t do it, even though i’ve had them done many times before and my friends who were there with me, got a glitter fade. i ended up have white nails with a dodgy silver/gold glitter all over. the white polish isn’t painted on nicely, it’s all on my cuticles and it’s not even at all. don’t recommend!

Walked in off the street, no appointment and asked for toenails and nails to be painted. Toenails were trimmed and nail varnish applied. Wish I had done this myself at home. Could have done a better job. Nails were cut wonky and varnish is on my toes. The whole point of going there was to treat myself in time for getting my toes out and now they are a mess.
My finger nails thankfully look fine.
I won't be returning and the owner never looked up when I said goodbye.

Walk-in was really quick, took great care to get my desired result. Lovely service. Will definitely return again.
