Khloe nails spa

I was disappointed with this nail spa. I felt uncomfortable as I was a first time visitor.
I was a walk in customer but its not clear if you can book, as I felt like I'd taken someone's place.
It felt very rushed. The staff dont wear a uniform, which feels scruffy. Being a newish salon it needs refurbishment already.
The staff seem reluctant to engage with you.
The tools didn't feel very clean either.
£25 for basic manicure and gel polish. (Which is not on any price menu)

Cash only establishment (which I never like)

So disappointed with this nail shop! My pedicure was so rushed and unprofessional that three different people did it. Without any explanation, I think they may of been short staffed (which is understandable) but that they didn’t apologise is actually bizarre!

Very disappointed! The staff does not how to do the pedicure, left there with a horrible nails, which boreon twice and the men wants to cover it instead change the paint! Do not recommend, money put on the bin!

Been using Kloe nails for 3+ years now. They are great, very friendly and I am always happy with my acrylic gels and pedicures.
