Have been going here for nearly 2 years and have never had a problem, today was my first time returning back after COVID and I am highly impressed with the measures in place to keep you protected. Masks were provided and they provided a new file for every customer and protective screen. I felt very safe and will definitely be returning.

Love queens! I’ve been going for a few months now and the staff are so talented and efficient. Not super chatty but it’s still a fabulous nail bar💅🏼☺️

Overcharged me and argued about it. Tried to tell me I need a new full set and I didn’t … my nails were only ten days old. first and last time I go here. Poor service.

Terrible experience. got there they spent ages filing down my nails i asked for infills ended up with hardly any of the extensions left they used there fingers to help get it off . they never asked me what shape i wanted so i don’t even know what they were meant to be they never filed them when finished and the gel was applied so thick you couldn’t even tell what the shape was ! highly dissatisfied. Went straight to my usual nail bar after to fix them and had them changed straight away . And not only was i not happy with them they cost me £28 just for a single colour infil
will not be returning
