Lovely salon, very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and professional, especially Kati who remained calm and polite in the face of a rude customer. I love my manicure - exactly the colour I wanted and my nails look 100 times better. I’ll be back. Thank you!

Oh my gosh! My gel nails lasted almost 4 weeks with no chips. I only took them off because my nails had obviously grown so much! Cannot recommend the staff enough, they were so friendly and my sister in law and I had the best tine, A glass of champagne and macroon as a treat too as we were getting them done for my wedding. THE BEST! X

I experienced my first ever manicure here for my 54th birthday....I know...what on earth have I been doing!!!! Absolutely loved it. Obviously parking is always a bit of an issue but they have a sister branch at cribbs causeway so that's helpful too.

Came with a group of friends for a wedding occasion. All technicians were absolutely amazing and friendly, lovely atmosphere and enjoyed the bubbly.
The manager, was rude and has no manners at all on how to speak to her team!! And embarrassing them with her remark’s, and facial expressions.
NOT professional at all.
I work close by and on a number of occasions have seen her in the street or at another shop having a meeting with staff and AGAIN embarrassing them! And girl’s leaving in tears!!!

As a manager myself this is poor management and effect’s the business, as all girls at the salon are very professional and have excellent customer service.
The salon has a good name that’s why we chose it!!

Fantastic service! Emma provided some brilliant tips for nails design and executed it perfectly. All the ladies are so friendly and approachable and make the whole experience brilliant. Thank you to the team and especially Emma for my beautiful Christmas nails!

Absolutely wonderful experience at Nailhouse Clifton. Such friendly staff and fantastic customer service, they went out of their way to do mine and my friends nails at the same time which was a massive benefit to our day. Would 100% recommend.

My family have been going to The Nailhouse for years, sadly the service has really gone down hill.
We live in Clifton and take our mum for an annual Birthday treat in December.
My mum was running late due to the baby being sick when leaving the house. Unfortunately upon arrival Jade showed her frustration, offered only standard paint and proceeded to rush her nails and didn't speak throughout the 20 minutes. No music or sound throughout- lacked any atmosphere. Her nails smudged within minutes. We felt she was really unprofessional and unwelcoming. I was also charged for gel, but by this point we just wanted to leave.
This place used to be somewhere you could go with friends and enjoy the experience, sadly it is no longer that. It left us feeling really disappointed.

The attention to detail which is a core requirement of a nail technician or manicurist is appalling - the quality is horrendous that one of my nails had to be asked to be redone and another I had to just leave it coz I couldn’t be bothered anymore. I had to even help one of them to trim my toe nails - literally taking the nail clipper in my hands. Not sure why I paid for both the manicure and pedicure to be honest.
