Queen's Nail and Beauty

This is my first nail bar visit since lockdown! (I know, its time to start looking after myself again)
I visited queens when they had just opened prior to lockdown, and then again today! What can I say, they really are the best I have ever visited. They really take pride in their work, resulting in a full set of acrylics that are super thin and so natural looking.

If i could give it zero stars I would, their service is inconsistent every time I’ve been there. I complained about a set of acrylics they did and when I went back I got a very defensive reply. I decided to give them another chance and the service they produced is ridiculous. I will never be going back as I can’t believe they would let a customer walk out with such nails.

Always get the best fast and friendly service from the queens team. I’ve been going there for a long time and will never go anywhere else! The place is spotless with countless nail designs to choose from and they always get my nails how I want them perfectly!

Ive tried multiple different nail shops in Sittingbourne and this is by far the best. Always impeccably clean in the salon & professional, and a very welcoming service. The nails are the best I have had, they always exceed expectations and will go above and beyond to achieve the design you would like. Highly recommend

I have been going to Queens since they very first opened, I’ve been to many nail shops before but none have given me a high quality service that queens do! The staff are all so so lovely & friendly and all amazing at their job, I highly recommend them & I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done!
