By far the best nail place in town and I have tried most! Been coming here for about a year and the service is always amazing and done with a smile. Staff ever so welcoming and friendly unlike many others.

Surprised at all the positive reviews of this place. They obviously have a preferred customer, going for the gel option or the like. Having gone in for my first ever manicure to treat myself, i left feeling much worse about my day! I wanted regular nail polish but was talked about openly between staff members for wanting to change the colour even though I'd offered to pay more and was clearly embarrassed by my indecision. It started off nice enough with a beautiful view out of the back window but when I would have preferred some advice or reassuring that it was okay to change my mind- I was met with comments about my choices and how I "should just stick to clear". It seemed like they really wanted me to go with gel but I wouldn't have known you need to come in to remove those if another customer hadn't come in to remove hers (she was also told off for telling me you can chip them off yourself). Shocking customer service, and the manicure didn't look professional by the end either. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend them.

Just got my nails done for the second time here (gel nails), first set had grown out but was still in perfect condition two weeks after getting them done, I was so satisfied I came back and am again very satisfied with the result. Staff is friendly and clean and booked me in on short notice both times. I will definitely be coming back here whenever I’m in Cambridge :)

Have been there two times and got processional
& friendly service for both of my visits! I chipped my nails and they were able to fix it for my gel nail. Reasonably priced for the service in the area. Would be back for sure.

I had book an appointment, and when I arrived I was asked to take a seat. My appointment time came and went. After 20 minutes I asked how long it would be and they told me someone would be with me shortly. A staff member then arrived and started with another customer's daughter. It seemed like a good service for people who knew the staff well but would be better if they kept people updated with realistic wait times.
