Had fake nails and gel polish done here today...Gorgeous results, very impressed. Will definitely be back soon!

I went in today to get a white tip acrylic manicure, and although the lady was nice, she didn't paint the tips properly, and when I told her that it was smudged, she didn't fix the problem properly. I felt like it was a waste of money when she couldn't even paint nicely. Wouldn't be going there again.

Not welcoming, Not good, UNHYGIENIC, even when empty.
Took my mum for pedicure. Called in advance and booked in 2 pedicures at the same time, did not say they only have one chair and we would have to take turns. Agreed to have 2 normal nail varnishes layered. Should me how it would look on a fake nail and then botched it. Firstly, they told me to sit down and didn’t attend to me. Once they finally came over, I was allowed to put my feet in the water. We had bought our own kit with us and she only used it to show she was using it after using their own tools (so I even had my nails filed twice and they still didn’t do a good job. There was no scrub and they basically had a knife skills show with the grater instead of actually using it. They then wanted to put some disposable pedicure flip flops (thinnest ones I have ever seen), on me despite the fact we are both wearing sandals, even though I had just seen the girl that was leaving as we got here take them off her feet. I had to ask for a base coat (she didn’t even know where it was) , my feet were not creamed, messed up the nail varnish so had to get it redone. Feet (and legs) are currently in front of a desk fan to dry.
1 star just because they are open till 7 everyday - even though we came before 5 on a weekday.

Only went for shellac polish change on my natural nails £25 with no manicure rip off! nails haven’t been filed in shape properly and polish is very rigid. The shop is unhygienic and cheap looking I won’t be returning again. I didn’t have time to go to my usual salon but usually I get a manicure and shellac for £21 and always come out happy note to self stick to what you know.

Would recommend manicure here. The lady is really nice and gave a very fair price. I paid £28 for gel removal, and new gel nail art 💅🏽👍🏼

The WORST nail salon I’ve ever come across not even worth one star. Save your monies and avoid. I am mourning £80 spent in this cheap pathetic salon with LIMITED nail colour choices so forced to pay extra for gel colour. The powder acrylics were layered on so thickly and the prices are not cheap for an unprofessional salon. One of the acrylics was applied wonky at an angle I went back and they tried to tell me its my finger not the application when I get acrylics regularly and its never been like this. I am so upset and shocked at how unprofessional the nail technicians were to me not admitting their fault or rectifying it. Disgusting behaviour and moneygrabbers with zero talent this salon should be shut down! Avoid at all costs!!! Also the length of the acrylics on the thumbs are way shorter and they refused to redo anything simply telling me I am in the wrong! So save your monies and go to a proper nail salon where they LISTEN to what you want and admit fault and the salon is shabby unkempt with only one pedicure chair. The prices are the same as those in central london so you are better off going elsewhere. AVOID!

Nails was not very bad. The women doing fast so if your in the rush you don’t gone a take long there.. charge overpriced not attention to the details of the nails like ones and others no are same shape and specially are very poor standars of cleaning specially in the staff they use to cut your nails can be so dangerous to take a infection..

What a lovely experience!! Haven't been to a nail shop in years and decided to treat myself. The lady was very courteous and respectful, listened to what I wanted and was very gentle. Couldn't have been a better experience, will be going back regularly!
