Nails 2000

Managed to make a booking easily. They were friendly in doing so. Very accommodating when it came to rescheduling. I Chose the sns dipping powder and got a french manicure done. Looks like their charges are not fixed. When I called, they said it was £25, another lady quoted £30 + £3 additional since I chose french manicure but I was charged £30 in the end by a different person altogether. Looks like they don't know what's happening. The lady did my nails quite fast which was good but I was not too happy with the finish. The product remained on the skin around the nails and so made it look shabby (You may see attached picture). The nails were filed in the end but they seemed to have different shapes (I had already filed my nails before getting this done into the shape and size that I wanted).

Went there for my first ever foot spa and pedicure. Initially tried going on a Saturday but it was too full. Went back on Monday and was able to get served quickly. The staff were polite and did a very good and thorough job. Was very pleased with the final result. Will definitely be going back.

Just got my nails done at this salon, horrible staff, the lady who did my nails was incredibly rude, rushed the process and cut my skin. My nails look shabby and when I asked about my skin being cut, her and her colleague proceeded to saying it’s normal for your skin to get cut when you get your nails done? Not worth £25 at all, especially not for the appalling service. Nail salon next door seems friendlier and are similarly priced - review coming soon, hopefully this time something more positive!

I have been a nail tech for 5 years, this amateur technician hasn’t blended in the tip with my natural nail and neither has built an apex leading to 3 of my nails breaking in the middle leaving me with bloody nails the same day as they were so thin! Left me with cuts all over the sides of my nails so I will never be coming back and I will be reporting this business.

My nails sadly are a mess. There are some decent people in there at nails but I've just had them done and they look like a 5 year old painted them. There's paint everywhere, under my nails, on the side of my nails, bumpy etc. And the place needs a good clean.

Best nail place I’ve been to- there are multiple staff working so I was seen instantly even at a busy time. My nails were done quickly and they were beautifully done. As well as that the nail varnish they used dried within minutes meaning I wasn’t late for my next appointment. Not to mention how inexpensive it was compared to others - I am a v happy customer and will definitely be back.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. I got sns nails and they are very high and bulky, each nail is a different height, all the nails aren’t shaped the same, some are wide some are very square. And it also took a really long time, I wasn’t sure if the guy had done it before. I had paying for parking as I was there for longer than expected. I was very disappointed when I left but I didn’t have time to ask them to correct them as I had a flight to catch the same day. The lady who may be the owner tried to help speed things up and explained that he should have done them different and that next time and apologised for taking so long. I can’t say I will be going back. I could have painted my nails gain and saved £30.

Been coming here for years had a great lady who know how I liked my nails she has now left ,the last time I went it was so uncomfortable they had messed my nails up and yet somehow it was my fault how's that ,they are over priced and forceful at times when your trying to explain what you you want I am the one paying for it ,why do they never have prices up so you can see I've been sitting there and ppl come in and one person was told a price and then another was told a different price for the same thing that was strange ,some of the stuff don't seemed to be trained good as there work is shabby at best and others are just brilliant very hit and miss ,for someone who's been coming her for 20+ years I'm becoming disheartened will be looking at other places ,as this place is not reliable for me
