I booked with them to get my acrylic nails removed and a manicure. They removed my nail and chipped one of my nails on the side. I went to wash my hand thinking I’ll get the fixed and cleaned. But apparently they didn’t have time to clean them. My nails were poorly done and there was glue left. I asked them to at least remove the glue since it was still visible. It was horrible, first and last time going there.

So happy to have come across Joanna and this salon, especially where there is such an absence of good salons in the area! Joanna did my gel infills and made them look incredibly natural compared to how thick they can be at other salons. I will definitely become a regular now I have found it!

i made a reservation and arrived on time at 2pm. the person at the desk told me she was busy/backed up and to come back later in the day at 6 pm. after waiting 4 hours for the appointment i made to prior, i arrived early for the same woman to tell me that the woman who was meant to do my nails “left early” and there was nothing she could do for me. she wasted my time and did not do anything to make up for the immense disappointment this caused. i really really wanted to support a minority business, being an asian woman myself and really tried to work with this company but unfortunately i have no idea how they continue to run with how they appear to be managing their business. i STRONGLY do not suggest this place and think you should spend your hard earned money and sacred time at a place that respects you.

This is my favourite salon in London -after trying too many. I have settled on this salon and don’t go anywhere else! They pay great attention to detail, nails are always perfectly done with great care. I can trust them to give me a professional set exactly how I like them and the girls are very nice and friendly. 💕

I am not one to leave public reviews but I hope that with this I am going to spare someone the trouble. I went to this salon and asked for powder gel nails, instead I got these horrible gel extensions, that the lady didn’t even file properly. All of my nails were different lengths, different shapes and on to top it all off, she put too much polish on the edge, which dripped and dried in a clump underneath my nail. I thought she was going to take that off at the end with the nail milling machine, but imagine my shock when she told me I was done. Will never step into this salon again, I’m surprised it’s survived this long in an area like Kensington.

Possibly the most depressing nail salon I’ve been to and I don’t agree that the Owner/manager swears in front of her customers not a good look at all
Terrible atmosphere, no music no Christmas decks and to finish off my experience I have to pay £48 for a really bad manicure…..

Let’s just put it this way: I have moved flats and some real heavy lifting, furniture building etc - the nails look exactly the same. I love my nails so much I’m posting my second review.

It’s now 12 days with them and they look immaculate, absolutely stunning. I am so impressed by the salon AND all of the staff.

I was having a pretty stressful week and was in a foul mood, the lovely girls at the salon cheered me up completely (without knowing I had a bad week). I left the place feeling happy AND WITH S T U N N I N G nails.

Oh and best thing- they got my vision and were very keen to ensure the result were the same.

I’m a very tough critic and have very high standards. I can’t wait to go back and to try more services.
