My 13 year old was excited to get her nails done for the first time. Went with a friend who had been there. Expected to pay £28 as per website but was charged £42. Came home with nails that DID NOT look professional at all. First one fell off by day 3. Today as day 5 and they have all come off. She went back to complain and show them but was told her own nails were the problem as they were too short. Funny how that wasn’t a problem when they were taking the money. Needless to say not recommended by me. Shocking.

Manicure was not as I would like. I raised concerns and was put down by the lady who was doing my nails. A generally bad attitude and not accommodating to my requests despite my communicating them.

I always go here to get my nails done.
They are very professional and friendly.
And the nails never disappoint always to the best standard.
Tony is the best when I ask for a design he always does it better than I ask for.

Magic Touch is the best! Highly recommend for high quality and long lasting nail designs. The staff are friendly, polite and welcoming. Even though they are always busy, they try and fit you in. They are efficient, precise and create the perfect nail designs. I simply show a picture of the colour and design I would like, and the staff are helpful in finding the most suitable colours to resemble my desired look. I always leave feeling happy and pleased with way my nails look. The staff are hard working and deserve recognition. Thank you Magic Touch!

Absolutely fuming went to get nails done if you dont like what they do they start slagging you off in thier language ... my hands do NOT look professionally painted Total different design i asked for then get told she knows what she's doing but did the Total opposite. We might not know your language but any human being can tell if your slagging them off in another language. 37 for a pedicure which i happy to pay but i did not pay the 60 for my hands she asked for. Know your rights ladies you dont have to pay.for.any services your not happy with its the law. Safe to say i won't ever be returning here ever again she wasn't even bothered to lose my custom. Straight attitude and goodbye. They only nice when taking your money.. if you question this they will give attitude or say it dont look nice do this way....they are MY HANDS I CAN HAVE WHATEVER DESIGN I LIKE ..

I’ve tried several nail salons in the area and this is by far the best. They are great at designs and the nails don’t come up bumpy or weird looking. Highly recommend

I have been going to Magic Touch for about 3 years. This is by far the best nail shop in Hayes. My nails always look great, the acrylic is never too thick, and I rarely have breakage or lifting.

Ming and Si are professional and super friendly and I couldn’t be happier with my nails everytime. Even if I ever moved out of the area, I would come back to Magic Touch to get my nails done.
