Alluring Nails

Great service,much better than place next door,little more expensive then them but you get what you pay for. Girs are very gentle and experienced, you can trust your nails are in good hands and won't be overfilled or damaged unlike the other places.Have been going there for few years now,always very happy with the results 😀😊.

I’m really sad to leave a bad review as when I go to alluring it’s usually really good.
I went to get sns on Friday and chose a rose gold colour. Halfway through I complained that the nails looked orange, not rose coloured and they claimed it would be okay once it was done. Once it’s done it still looks orange. When I complained they claimed it was my skin tone that made it look orange, and refused to change anything or give me a discounted price. (As you can see from the picture it is not my skin tone that made the nails look orange) It took my mum coming in to defend me for them to agree to change the colour which they did with nail polish.

This nail polish didn’t last long and started peeling off on Sunday leaving behind the orange nails I didn’t ask for, so today I came in asking them to remove the nails and just for a manicure instead. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse manicure, not only was it painful but my nails were filled down too much to a point where they were very thin and rough. You can see how awful it looks in the picture i attatched. The only reason I am not giving one star is because last time I went I had a nice experience, but this experience is bad enough for me to never return.

I was visiting my parents for the weekend and went to get my nails done quickly a few weeks back and they done my nails, really nice staff, very friendly and welcoming! Will be going back soon for my next set (:

There are only 2 good nail technicians in this shop.

When i stopped the man half way through doing my nails he told me it will look different at the end.
Fast forward to the end i complained and the other employees said they liked the nail so i should keep it.

2 days later the nail started to break off and lift as it was not done correctly, i can't believe i spent £35 on this horrible set

I absolutely loved this place! It was so clean and very “spa” like. The nail specialist were so nice and did a wonderful job!Definitely found my new nail spot!!!

Look at the state of my nails!!! A four year old would of done a better job 😂 I usually go to 1st secret nails which is a few doors down, but they were busy so thought I'd give alluring nails a second chance. Can't believe they actually charged me for this mess & can't believe I actually paid. Going to spend the evening taking it off and doing it myself. Never going back. Should of learnt the first time. No more chances.

The staff are welcoming and they offer the best quality of service. I receive many compliments on my nails. I would highly recommend!
