Simple french, nothing too fussy. I've asked for the addition of gold but the girl that was doing my nails didn't have the skills and/or imagination to do it right, so ended up with the classic only. The place needs a better nail artist for sure, and a proper clean up. Also, the prices are quite high. Been charged £24 for hands, and £27 the feet, very simple preparation of the nails, without removing cuticles... Not as impressed as I would love to be.

Just got my nails done here and I really love them. The lady was very patient even after I told you that I don’t like the shape of one of my nails she still changed it and she was s🙃happy to do so, the costumer service matters a lot and that’s the whole point. Thankyou so much, I will definitely come back here. 😍😍

Unfortunately, I found it so offensive the way one of the girls was barking at clients on the phone. They were unfriendly when I arrived and made me wait, even though they had told me to get there asap, which I did, and the salon was stuffy and hot and uncomfortable, that I had to leave without having my nails done. For me, customer service and being welcoming is incredibly important. I wanted a friendly service and not just a treatment. Very off putting and disappointing.

*Edit* In response to the below reply, I think you’ve missed the main point here, in that your customer service was atrocious, in being abrupt and rude.

Barking and talking rudely to other clients in front of the rest of the clients in the salon, making clients feel like they are a bother to you is not what people expect when they are coming to you to pay for a service. It’s intimidating and doesn’t make a good impression on you and certainly doesn’t make the customer feel valued or comfortable to start with, forget about the stuffiness in the salon. Just some friendliness is all that’s needed and you will find people will wait patiently for their turn.

FYI, In response to your sarcasm at the end of your reply, I did walk down the road into another busy salon who fitted me in for a last min appointment and they smiled and were welcoming and because of that I was happy to wait to have my nails done.

Have not been happy with my usual nail shop, my friend recommended here to me. Visited for first time today and this will be my usual nail shop from now on. Had a manicure and pedicure by Daisy. She was friendly, professional and thorough. My hands and feet feel so clean, fresh and look amazing! And feel given the cureent climate, there prices are more then reasonable. Thank you Mila's Nails, and see you in 4 weeks!

I got “biab” done and it began to peel after 3 days. The lady who did my nails went straight in with the gel without prepping, no dehydrator, no primer, no pushing back cuticles, nothing.

After a week all my nails lifted so I had to get them removed and done again elsewhere, I’ve had my current biab set for 2 weeks now and they’re perfectly fine.

I’ve had my nails done here before and they would turn out good, however I wouldn’t recommend if you want to get biab done.

Visited for the first time. The owner and manicurist was lovely and they had a good colour selection. The actual pedicure wasn’t great, my nails were cut too short and slanted. The painting was awful with spillage all over the edges and onto the skin which wasn’t tidied up. This could cause a gel allergy and should not be taken lightly. 2 days later one of the gels on my toes completely peeled off which has NEVER happened before but it’s obviously because of the gel curing on the skin. The French was too thin and not noticeable and the worst part was I paid £42! This is easily the most expensive and worst pedicure I’ve had in the Enfield area.

I’m in shock. I got a pedicure on my natural nails with normal nail varnish as I’m allergic to gel. The skin on my thumb nail has been bleeding as the lady doing my nails took too much of my skin off when picking the skin. The finish on my nails has bubbled up, the access polish wasn’t removed properly so I have nail polish on my skin. Never again will I go there.
