The Nail Boutique

We've never had any issues and have been coming here for almost a year now, they're always friendly and yes you have to pay cash but if you ask upfront they tell you this. We've had both acrylic/gel nails as well as pedicures. I do find some of the technicians are better than others and you can't book with a particular one but on the whole they've always done a very good job.

I called up to get my nails done last minute, they were very accommodating, even though they were really busy. Also, in the busy time, the person who did my nails was very meticulous and checked in with me at every stage to make sure I was happy. I also get nervous at the drills as my natural nails are very thin, and they took their time to only file off the old gel. I will definitely visit again!

If I could give 0 I would, because I would not call it a nail salon. I visited the salon today to get my nails done and I’m really disappointed, I’m not going to ever visit this place again. The smell in the salon is horrible, I found it difficult to breath there. I thought I’d power through to get my nails done for holidays... But I walked out really unhappy about the quality of the service. My nails are unevenly filed, shellac is unevenly applied (even on my skin!), and I can see bubbles of trapped air in the paint. I’d genuinely do it better and I’m angry I spent £28 on such a poor service. £28 that were meant to be just £18 as stated on the website... There’s also no way to pay by card.

The worst. Came for infills and left with nails different lengths and filed wonky! Had to go back to my usual nail salon on the same day to get them fixed

I have been to this nail boutique many times now, very friendly staff, before Covid they offered drinks too but not after covid. I have been to many other nail boutiques in my area and I must say I will only visit this place now.

Unlike some other nail boutiques who just want to rush themselves finishing the job and move onto the next customers this nail boutique really do a great job. I particularly like Paul who is just amazing, very friendly conversation during my nail treatment and he also always double checks my nails several times to make sure they look perfect before finishing his job! And I always discuss with him what kind of nails I would like to go for.

They are always very busy though so booking is a MUST. Used to call them up for booking but I just found out I can book online too fab! Really highly recommend this nail boutique to everyone 💅🏼

I have been going to a salon in woking for 3 years , and i found this nail shop on my travels , and i defo coming here instead ! all staff are jolly happy and welcoming . i took my grandma (88) and they took great care of her ! everybody can come here ! i love everyone there . the acrylics i wanted i showed a photo and they did an amazing job ! great price for such skill<3

Very disappointed. I visited here today for waxing. They do not take card, only a bank transfer I was unable to log on to my internet banking, so the lady asked me to get cash out, but leave a possession there. Which I feel is really odd. Why not just get a card machine. Why should I have to leave a £500 phone!! I felt it was extremely rude behaviour and have never been asked anywhere else to leave anything. It’s the shop’s responsibility to be able to take payment not the clients. Very unprofessional.
