Nails and Spa (Caterham)

Had to visit after poor service at Horley. Was pleased with my nails and staff are friendly too. Photo is a week later.

A very thorough Pedicure - much better than others elsewhere for the price. Staff are lovely and a loyalty card is offered too.

Beautiful and clean staff are alway accommodating and and make you feel uncomfortable best nail shop I’ve ever been to would very highly recommend

I had my nails done today, very professional but also friendly. Highly recommend it.

They were accommodating and nice but did t speak to me at all when there other thaN what colour what shape etc. Not that impressed with my nails. They did them longer than I said and was very rushed (but I do get that with limited appointments etc it will be). A week after them being done and I want them done again

Have had my nails done a few times here since moving to the area. Recently had a gel manicure which started peeling off the day after. I am used to gel manicures and have been having them for over 5yrs, this has never happened before and I have never complained about a set of gels before.

On returning to the salon to ask for a repair a day later, I was asked to come back later that day as they were too busy. On returning I discretely explained what had happened and my nails were wrapped/what was left of the gel was removed. I was then left waiting for 20 mins for the original person who did my nails to become free. (On my lunch hour and considering I'd had to inconvenience myself by going back I was not impressed). I did not create a scene and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They then buffed my nails so hard that on washing my hands I noticed two of my cuticles/around my nails were bleeding. At this point I said I didn't wish to continue and would leave without having my nails re-done. I will now have to wait for my nails to heal before finding a new salon to have them done.

Update: I was contacted by the manager and offered a full refund/apology. Can't fault the after-care that I received.
