Glamorous Nails & Beauty

I tried again for a 2nd time, late on Goof Friday, nails not rubbed down suffiently, gel polish badly applied, 2 have peeled off. I was last one for the day, other technicians had their coats on, they just wanted to get home. Will not go back again.

Absolutely awful nail place! Will never return here. My daughter aged 7 asked for her toes to be painted (normal nail place I got to charges £5 for this) the lady started painting her hands so I presumed they were just doing this to be kind. I didn’t bother asking for her finger nails to be done because she bites them and they don’t last 5 minutes. They decided to charge me £15 for this when I came to pay!!! When I told them we had only asked for her toes to be painted he said “give me the girls hand I will take off the nail varnish then” he said this in front of my daughter who was very upset. On top of this I asked for a pedicure with normal polish and matching gel on my hands and when finished I ended up with pink nails and orange toes and they told me this was the same colour? (See photo) they would only give me £2 off for this as I didn’t have time for them to re-paint them all again! I don’t often have money to get my nails and toes done as a single mum but this was meant to be a holiday treat as going away Thursday and it ended up being a complete disaster!!! Very unfriendly horrible people. Definitely don’t go here! Complete rip off.

They aren’t rude. They’re Vietnamese, polite and very kind!

Lovely nail salon, mum and sister go regularly and always very happy with their nails. Very polite and friendly staff and do amazing job. Prices good. Easy parking in car park behind.

Had to wait few moments but had no appointment. Manicure was great looked wonderful. Very pleased.

Got my nails done last Friday and one of them fell off on Wednesday so I went into the salon to get it re done when they finished doing my nail (which by the way looked nothing like the rest of my nails) they tried to charge me when I said I was t gonna pay because my nail shouldn’t fall off after five days I was told I got my nails done somewhere else and I was lying and that they didn’t have the gel color which was on my nails so I definitely didn’t get them done there , which I know for a fact I was in that salon last Friday they all proceeded to be sarcastic and laugh at me, really would not recommend. Their customer service is almost as atrocious as their nails. I’ve been too places where my nails last up to 5weeks and the glamorous nails only last between a week- two weeks before they start breaking

Awful service - I have sent my partner here a few times now,
each and every time a problem
the nails snap from bad quality, never listens to what she asks for,
fed up of wasting money somewhere that is this bad.
and today the man was rude enough to make her cry, all she said was that the nail was not long enough for what she asked.
