The Beautiful Nail Studio

Beautiful Nails, I don't think so! Been getting my nails done, in numerous places in London for many years, this is by far the worst' Nails all different and wonky shapes, rough edges left around the sides, original nails left showing, colour nothing like the sample shown.
2 complaints from previous customers in the hour and a half that I was in there.
Unfriendly and no customer service. 1 new local potential regular client who will be going elsewhere in future.

Have had nails done many times here and always been very happy with results. I am having infills and patterns tomorrow as normal. Had full set of acrylics 4 and half weeks ago and have not lost any or got any chips. Have a 3mm regrowth at bottom of nails as you would expect. The staff are lovely and do a great job

I went there today for the first time which I deeply regret!!
If I was able to give MINUS FIVE STARS then i would!!!
I just had infill's and a gel colour.
In the window it is advertised that they are £18 for a full set but they charged me £26!!
I had two different women do my nail 's and now my nails are all different sizes and edges feel very rough. My own nails are showing at the back and not filed down at all. My nails usually take about 50 mins to do at my usual salon but here they rushed and were done in about 30 mins.
The colour I have looks completely different to the one I picked!!
The lady who applied it, did so very thick and it was all running down the side of my fingers!!
I am going to have to go back to my usual place tomorrow to get them done again as they have totally messed these up, none of my nails are even and are left wonky (angry face!!) I am going to have to have a new set thanks to these amateurs!!!!

Please be warned and don't waste your money at "THE NOT SO BEAUTIFUL NAIL STUDIO"!!!!!!!

I have never written a review on Google, but I thought this had to be done. It is long, but if you are thinking of going here, please read first!

First of all they soaked my nails in warm acetone to get the gel off. This left my skin white, frail and peeling all around the tips of my fingers for a couple of days.

When they were shaping my nails they used an electric filing machine (I’m sure it has a name, but I don’t know it, sorry). This is ok, but, they then angled the tip of the file while it was working to remove the cuticles! Needless to say this didn’t just remove my cuticle but actually ripped it off! It was sore, painful and pink/reddish for almost a week while it healed.

When I had that gel removed at another place, it took ages to get it off! And not just that, but on my nail where that cuticle removal happened, I now have a long dent mark all along where the base of the nail was when they filed it with the edge of the machine. You can actually see they took nail off the surface! And, the colour of the gel is still there, even after buffing my nails several times for a month after!

It was dirty, dusty, unorganised and there was not much customer attention. The owner (I assume, as she was the one by the till) spent all the time I was there talking on speakerphone!

I gave it a star because I can’t give it none in order to write this review. If I could, I would!

Please, don’t go there. Pay more and have your nails stay healthy. This is not how gel should be applied or taken off.

Love this place have been going there for 13 years. Never had a complaint. Lovely people and great service . Just a couple of the 100+ nails I have had done there

Had a set of acrylics fitted here today. Lovely, friendly salon. Delighted with the result & will return.

Love it in there , friendly and always try their best to do the nail art I ask for.

My nails were all different lengths, the colour wasn't cured long enough & pealed off, the shop was freezing - not a good experience
