Elegant Nails

After reading the reviews I was rather skeptical about attending my appointment however it was a pleasant experience.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Very bad customer service, they literally don't know how to do pedicures. The tools are never disinfected, everything they do is in a rush, the whole time of your appointment they speak to each other in their language while working on you and don't give any attention to you and your requests. I got a full set + pedicure as well, two of my finger nails broke down the next day. I would not recommend to anyone going there.

To be honest there service horrible, so rude and unprofessional, I wasn’t believe how come they misbehaved with me. I was told the old men can you give me suggestions which nail pain you will do perfectly and which nail pain you will do exactly same my collected nail pictures . And straight he was rude with me. And he was said to me to leave the shop . He didn’t want to done my nails. I was shocked, how come they treat customers so badly and told them to leave sh If you feel hospitality and respect is everything please don’t go there . Even they don’t deserve one star

I have been using this shop as it's very close to where I live. However I had gone in for an appointment a day ago and my nails were rushed because so many people had come in. I paid for an infill with normal colour.
The guy that did my nails did not cut my nails down.. he did not redo the colour on the thumb when it got smudged.. he just painted over it and told me he didn't have time to do it.. as I didn't have time to stay I thought I'd go back the next day or the day after. Yesterday one of the nails snapped off as I got off the sofa so I decided to go back.
I told him I wasn't happy and explained what the issues were, to be told it's my fault my nails are messy and broken.
I was very upset and made to feel stupid Infront of other people.
I will not be going in there again and for other people going.. I'd say get the women to do your nails as I've only ever had this issue with the guy in there.
Don't get me wrong they aren't the worst nails but for someone starting a new job tomorrow they aren't looking good at all.

got punctured, cuts to my nails are in unequal shape, done a different color to what ive chosen..tried to tell but made me feel like i dont have any choice anymore since she has started it already. she was just after the money..shouldnt have went there.waste of money.

Please avoid, the lady literally did my pedicure in 15 min. Did not spend anytime on on my feet. It was so rushed.the tools are so dirty. They don’t know how to do pedicure: better at home.

Great service the past 5 times I’ve been. They always listen to what I’d like and take time to make sure I’m happy with my nails.
Keep returning as I’m really happy with them.

My wife sent me and my dad here. And it was well worth it. My father really needed it and I joined him to keep him company. Great experience. He lived it too. The chair has a massager so that's relaxing. The water is warm and bubbly. The treatment was done with care no rush. Bringing mum and brother and sister here next.
