Love this place. The team are so nice and friendly and the service (nail infills and eyelash extensions) terrific. The very patient woman who did my eyelashes when I couldn't stop blinking may not be thrilled to read this but I wouldn't go anywhere else. 10/10

First time having a gel French manicure and absolutely love them. Jess was incredible, very professional & friendly - helped choose colours & did such a great job hands down the best nails I’ve ever had.

Great gel on my toes too, was definitely wedding ready.

The service may be alright but the attitude towards customers isn’t. On the top of that they’re awful liars. I had my nails done twice with them. The nails turned out okay but the nail tech wasn’t chatty at all and looked like it was some sort of punishment for her to be there. Another time I booked my eyelashes to be done. I came the day before to pay deposit or do patch test then I came next day for my appointment and I’ve been informed it was cancelled by me. They said I called them in the afternoon from my phone number and said I wanted to cancel it. Nothing like this happened as I was at work and the last phone call I made to them was on Wednesday (my appointment was on Friday). I didn’t get any cancellation email either which wasn’t the case last time they cancelled. They said they couldn’t do my eyelashes because someone else already booked this time slot. What comes to my mind is that they probably booked in their friend or family in this slot and then they decided to lie about it. I may come back to do my eyelashes once as this is literally the closest place to my house but I’ll definitely keep looking for someone else. As a nail tech myself I can confidently say that the way they treat their clients is unacceptable.

I have my lips and nails done by aqwa and can I say she is absolutely amazing at her job! She always makes you feel welcomed and has a smile on her face always! She makes you laugh and does a brilliant job! I’m so pleased with how my lips turned out I wouldn’t trust anyone else but her to get them done! All the girls there are amazing❤️

Throughout the whole process Akwaa was a complete professional. During the consultation she was friendly and warm; we sat in the garden of beauty box while she explained all the risks and how the procedure would work.

On the day of my anti-wrinkle injections she kept me chatting and the whole process was over in a matter of minutes. All I felt were gentle scratches as she inserted the needle.

She explained how I should take care of my face afterwards and even sent me my before pictures on instagram.

Straight after there was slight muscle relaxation which developed over the coming days and two weeks on I am chuffed with the results. Fine lines around my eyes and on my forehead have vanished and my 11s between my eyebrows are gone.

I would highly recommend her to any friends or family looking to have a cosmetic procedure and I can’t wait to see her for my next session. A very happy customer, thank you!!

I got Botox and lip filler with Akwaa and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Everything was thoroughly explained and communicated in depth and I was left with no questions to ask as she had covered it all beforehand, along with the aftercare advise too. Amazing! I got my eyelashes done for the first time yesterday here and I find it very hard to keep my eyes closed still but the person doing my eyelashing was very understanding and calm about it. I felt very comfortable and reassured since she didn't visibly get angry at me and my eyelashes look stunning!

It was my first time visiting Jess in the salon and I have to say it was fantastic. Jess is so approachable and easy to talk to, I felt completely comfortable in her capable hands. Let’s talk nails! The nails were beautiful! I went for something out of my comfort zone, from short square to long coffin! I was so impressed with the outcome and Jess is so meticulous you can tell she has a real passion for the work she does. This was a fab visit! And I got engaged the next day! Can’t say that was solely down to the nails though ha ha. The loyalty card was a great factor too! Will be returning for sure! Thank you Jess & Beauty Box 💗
