Brick Lane Nail Spa | Spitalfields & Aldgate

My partner and i went in without an appointment and the man who did our nails was absolutely lovely!! we had a great conversation and he did a fantastic job! i would very highly recommend coming here! :)

We're brilliant in helping me take off the remainder of my nails. I wasn't able to get them properly done because some nails were damaged due to an attack. The nail techs were helpful and wished me luck in getting justice for my attack.

If I could give this salon 6 stars I would!! I don’t usually write reviews but when you have the best experience it feels wrong not too!! They have the best service I’ve ever experienced - they take so much care with your nails and don’t do an half arsed job! After you visit you won’t go anywhere else I promise.

I am really happy with my nails and I highly recommend Brick Lane Nail Spa! The boy that prepped my nails was very delicate and precise and the lady who did my gel and nail art was absolutely fantastic! she replicate the picture I showed her with absolute precision! Their prices are very reasonable and if a service has an extra cost they tell you in advance to avoid surprises... I will definitely come back :)

Not a great place to have your nails done. They are extremely understaffed, will take endless walk in’s and are also very rude and manipulative. Something that should take 45 minutes took them 3 hours and kept us waiting for almost 2 hours in total after starting our service (so we couldn’t even leave). Don’t get fooled by the low prices, there are many other nail salons around the area, try those. I had booked an appointment for myself and 2 friends, and we were treated really really badly, maybe it had to do with the colour of our skin, because all the others were welcomed and looked after before us and also left after getting their nails done before us. I was extremely embarrassed infront of my friends to have booked such a place and have them and myself treated that way. Never going back here again, I’d rather pay 10£ more somewhere else if that’s what it takes to be treated fairly. So disappointing.

Reply is manipulative as I said. Sometimes they charge less and sometimes more for the same thing. Last time I went here they charged me less for chrome nails, so as an educated customer Ofcourse I will ask the reason. And the reason I went for normal gel colour and not chrome was because the chrome they showed me was really bad and not how I wanted it. I wish I could explain in detail my side of the story and how demeaned we felt, but i will put this to rest now.

I love going here, the whole team are always so lovely. I have had my nails done by almost everyone on the team and every time I got I am happy with the results. Amy has done my nails twice now and they are perfect each time, so much care to detail. They do great nail art and their prices are as cheap as it gets for central London!

Best gel manicure I’ve ever had! They really pay attention to detail and have a great selection of colors. Definitely making this my go-to nail salon in London!
