Not great job on my nails and messed up my mums eyebrows making them way too thin! Plus the man doing my nails could barely understand me and I have no problem with people that aren’t fluent English but I was showing him pics of exactly what I wanted and he wasn’t understanding at all .. nails ok not best I’ve ever had probably wouldn’t come back

Every time I’ve been to Amys I’ve been treated so well and the nail art and techniques are brilliant! It is cash only, but most nail places are. My shellac always lasts for weeks without chips or cracks and I work in hospitality. I don’t go any where else :)

I would give 2* this time. Not happy with my manicure, messy. Last time I did my nails with the girl named Quinn (not sure if it’s correct name), and I was happy with my manicure. This time, a different girl did my nails, she done them super fast and super messy, she cut my cuticle…the salon was not busy, she couldn’t take a bit longer and do my nails properly. She didn’t care ! Disappointed…

I did pedicure today with a different girl. I love it. She is super professional. Thank you.

Excellent quick friendly service and no appointment necessary. Had a manicure and pedicure, delighted with professional results and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend 👍

I’ve been going to Amy’s nails for years but the last 3 times the SNS hasn’t been the same, nails keep breaking with it. I went back after 1 week today to get a broken nail fixed and was made to wait over 45 minutes. All other customers coming in for a full set, kept getting seen first. In 5 years, this was the 2nd time I decided to go back and get a nail fixed and both times I left without and went somewhere else. Firstly, I think there’s a change in the product and secondly, if you go back to get something sorted, you’ll be left sitting there and customer service for you will be poor. I am really disappointed with the shop now. They are so busy but that doesn’t mean that customer service should be put on the back burner.

I've been going to Amy's Nails for 3 years now. The staff are excellent , and the shop is so lovely ,and extremely clean ,and the hygiene is splendid.

My daughter had her nails done here, the guy doing her nails was really rough with her and filed her nails down so they started bleeding, then put her nails in a chemical and when her hands were shaking because of the pain, he said if she didn’t stop he would kick her out! She won’t be going back there!

Really ridiculous...when I walked in, I wasn't told that it was cash only. Then I wasn't allowed outside the shop until I left behind my ID/car keys etc in order to go and get cash out. Obviously I wasnt going to do this. If they didn't trust me to come back with the cash, I certainly didn't trust complete strangers with my personal items either! Very impolite and actually very scary when I was told that I couldn't leave the shop- I should have called the Police. Luckily my husband was home to drop the cash off. Won't be going there again! Avoid like the plague. Also, who only takes cash these post Covid days? Maybe people who don't want to pay their taxes perhaps in full ??
