I don’t usually trust nail shops until I came to this one. Amazing for last minute walk in appointments. Friendly staff

Me and my daughter had a pedicure today and the lady who did my feet was so rude.
She suggested I “came every month as it was too much”
From that point I felt very uncomfortable.
My daughter has her nails just painted and by the end of the day half of the varnish has come off (cheap polish)

If you value your time and money, don't waste it here.

I called in to discuss the shellac manicure/pedicure that they gave me (it began peeling after 3 days) and the lady that answered was extremely rude (05/09/22 11:19am), spoke over me and then hung up on me whilst I was still talking.

Having read the reviews, it appears the only consistency they offer is their consistently poor quality nails and customer service.

Had my acrylics done almost 4 weeks ago & still on, they’ve lasted so long. Loved both my nails & toes!

TLDR: Appalling service; spend your money elsewhere!!

The manicurist kept hurting me while doing my nails because he seemed to be in a rush. I expressed my displeasure at the service and he took it as an opportunity to start a heated exchange. I remained calm but he was shouting at me and grabbed my arm and property. I’ve never experienced that type of physical and verbal hostility from a business establishment. I was shocked. None of the other workers intervened and the altercation clearly made other customers uncomfortable.

I’ve had my nails done here since I was a teenager and this occasion was my last time. The increase in price doesn’t match the quality/service provided, either.

Between the waiting times, awful communication and likelihood that the manicurist will hurt/damage your nails, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I use to always go there never had issues.
I wanted white tips I get them for £5 extra. Not a problem but over all my nails look disgusting.
So many pockets and so much shi# around them. Absolutely disgusting. Couldn't say anything In shop us everyone was already to leave the shop. Maybe that's why my nails was like that but that doesn't change a fact u have to do your job right, I know they can do it.

And next thing.
Did u never think I will record what u saying and ask my friends to translate? Absolutely disgusting chatting shi# about your costumers? Really?

This has to be the worst nail shop I have ever gone to. My gel nail polish started coming off the next day. The application was done badly. Secondly, the tech did the colours he wanted not what I requested- I wanted a pink gel on my feet he did white. I wanted red on my nail he did white.
The prices are incredibly inflated considering the level of service save yourself and your money.

AVOID, if I could give 0 stars I would, I went today to do my toes for my holiday, sat there for an hour and a half just to come out with THIS! I usually do them myself and I have never done them as bad as I came out of there today, in a hurry I just glanced at my right foot from far and I was like ok, put my flip flops on and went home and that’s when I realised they look crooked, took photos the minute I got home and this is how they are currently looking, I am beyond angry, I paid £33 for this ! NEVER AGAIN
