Tina's Nails

I am reading all of these bad reviews and I cannot understand why. I have been to Tina’s nails 2x , first last month and again today and both times I loved the care they had with my nails. Today I was very happy with the outcome of my nails. I would recommend 100%. If you are in a rush please go when is not busy. I usually go around 1-2pm because there isn’t many people there.

The women who did my pedicure was extremely rude and did not speak English so could not understand what I was asking her. She said Gel polish pedicure will take around 40 minutes but it was less than 20-25 minutes and no massage and everything was done in such a hurry and it was £35 and no customer service as she was talking to her colleague throughout the service. The 2 other men there were doing other customers and I could see they were taking their time and doing it properly. I complained at the end and the man at the till did not even apologise and was defending her, I was with my daughter so she witnessed all of this.

I was happy with the overall outcome! Very professional and did my acrylic nails well. I do think they could improve on cleanliness and perhaps a better system for walk ins / reservations. I showed them a picture and I would say they got it mostly right!

Honestly I’ve never experienced such bad service.
I went today for acrylic nail extensions, firstly they DO NOT CLEAN ANYTHING!!!
They used the same tools on all customers , handled money and started working on my nails without cleaning their hands. Or wearing gloves …
The owners husband was the one doing my nails , he stopped doing my nails without warning twice to do a full set on 2 other customers!!!
I sat there for over 2 and a half hours only to leave extremely disappointed.
Do not waste your money or time at TINAS NAILS

It's great. I have been many times to Tina's for both pedicures and manicures over the past 7 years. They are always excellent. I recommend this place.

Also for eyelash dying and eyebrows. They do great nail art. Their regular spa pedicures for beautifully clean feet are the best I have had in Oxford.

Better place in headington for a Pedicure while seated in a massage chair. Staffs are really nice but talking different language each other. They use clean equipments and sterilise after use, change gloves when they are with new clients. Not highly professional but skilful. I’ll go back again.

I have never had more beautiful nails. PERIODT.

Not only have they given me the perfect shape nail shape they’ve done it so the acrylics are thin but durable (unlike other places where the acrylics are very thick and heavy).
This all happened while i walked in without an appointment, and 20 minutes from closing. I felt accommodated and not rushed even though they stayed open 20 minutes past closing.

I went to there for my nails then when I talked to with them ,they were not kind ,helpfull and frindly after that I choose my nail polish but rezult so bad is not like that when I told her my nail so wide and thi k tgey loolks like palydough nails
