Royal Exeter Nails

I had normal nail varnish on my toenails. The person doing my nails caused pain filing one of my toenails. The varnish applied bubbled and changed colour within a few hours of application. I returned the following day for a refund or re-do and they declined both.

I got my nails done here a while ago. I had to wait an hour just to be sat and then the technician took another 45 minutes to get to me- which is understandable, they were busy. Despite all this, they did a very very rushed and unprofessional job with my nails. The length and design on them was amazing, and i’m absolutely in love! But the actual application of the acrylics was very very shabby and my nails started coming off within a day or two. I paid £45 for my nails and I expected much much better quality for them, but I truly am very disappointed. As happy as I am with the design, I don’t like the nails now because of how gross the beds look. I won’t ever be coming back to this place and I just wouldn’t recommend going to them with big requests either. Royal Exeter Nails is very easily just a mediocre place for budget ideas for nails worth £30 and below.

I visited last weekend and this is the best nail salon in the area. The results of my gel nails are perfect and the nails are my favorite with very youthful colors.

Angel does my nails and she always makes sure they're the shape and length I want, and she's in no hurry. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met working there. I can't imagine bad reviews about her, she always considers my concerns. She always greeted us with a smile and knew my family name. I've recommended her to so many people and I always get compliments on my nails when they're done!

I have received a set of pedicures and am very satisfied. The manicurist took her time and did an excellent job, which is rare these days. Prices are a bit higher than other local nail shops but I don't mind paying more for a beautiful 45 minute set. I will definitely be back.

I love going to this salon to get my nails done. It has a huge selection of colors, atmosphere, and great customer service. The staff did a great job to give me the most perfect nails. Highly recommended!

I don’t trust any other salon with my nails, Royal Nails is the best in Exeter. Always gorgeous acrylics and the staff are very knowledgeable. There is usually a long wait but that’s only because they are such a popular salon. Decent prices too.

Always a great experience. The first time I came here while walking, I was greeted warmly and very attentive. Service was quick and there was a very nice selection. Very satisfied with the nails they bring, will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.
