Tracy Nails New Cross

Got my Christmas nails done today! I love going to Tracy's Nails, I have been here many of times and take my daughter too. I have even moved out the area, but still come back to them. Very welcoming, never let me down on my manicure always puts a happy smile on my face. Thank you everyone x

Judge by yourself with the pic. The nails look point to the top, not well done on the beginning and sides and unfinished underneath. Also they wanted to charge me £40 for the simplest design or +£5 for using 2 colours (no design). I wanted gel as they promote in the website, but they don't have it, I had to get acrilic. I don't recommend or would come back.

Me and my friend came in for a gel manicure, I feel we both asked for pretty simple things but were met with a rude reception and like we asking for something beyond there capability. My friends nails were uneven, and felt rushed when shaping up, literally taking a minute to do the whole hand and not paying attention. The colour was applied with no care and she had to ask him to re do the tips as he had missed bits, but he said it was too late as it had dried. His attitude was rude and unprofessional.

I asked for a manicure and had a woman pulling and scratching at my nail beds, making me bleed on one finger and leaving my nail bed scratched. She then swapped with someone else and I had to ask him to buff my nail bed, to which it felt like they made a comment about me.
He again was rude to me the whole time, huffing and puffing, not making it an enjoyable experience.

This is a service. Not only one where I am getting my nails done but also is customer facing and to pay for something when met with such a rude and hostile reception makes it feel like a waste of time and money. Avoid this place if you wish to pampered and need some tlc, as you won’t get it.

I was more than 15 years a Costomer who would go there regularly and today their daughter who mainly speaks English told me where you going you Haven’t pain and I said yes I did for Shellac pedicure that it says £30 and I did transfer right 30 min before I go to my appointment and she said no you have to pay another £5 extra for white tip whcih I didn’t know at all so my issue wasn’t paying the extra at all , it was her disgusting attitude in front of other Costomer that she stopped me and make me feel embarrassed. Her father said kindly it’s ok don’t worry you didn’t know but she shouted to her father and thought I don’t understand… very rude and unprofessional and disrespectful towards loyal long term Costomer , they treat everyone ad a runner .. Lilly is the girl who did this and will be responsible for all these negative reviews.. her parents who are the owners and can’t speak English are lovely people but her attitude is stinky specially towards some one who is professional and been there for decades.. won’t go there anymore

I have been going their religiously for the past few months, every two weeks. I've always had a pleasurable experience and always enjoy my visits. The staff are friendly and attentive to details. No complaints.

The serviced seemed rushed and over priced ! Ain’t no way I paid £40 for pedicure with white gel polish and the polish is already lifting as a matter of fact broke off!!I can see the gel below that wasn’t cured properly. Waste ah money if u ask me !!!!!!!!

NEVER GO HERE - UNSAFE, PAINFUL, WILL DESTROY YOUR NAILS!!!
This place is horrendous, I’ve never had an experience as bad as this when it comes to treatments, they are rude and are terrible at doing nails, mine lasted 2 days before coming off! But the worst thing is that she aggressively hurt me while electric filing my cuticles until they bled. This place should be out of business and I’m going to try get this done, once and for all.

My nails were done by Lily and had the worst experience. What was supposed to be a relaxing time happened to be the most stressful, she completely ruined my nails, sanded them so much that you could see the skin underneath and now got a very sensitive nail that doesn’t get better. She literally hurt me during the whole process and only offered to not charge this one nail. She also completely ruined the shape - the nail polish disappeared after 2 days and 3 of my nails broke 3 days after.
Furthermore she kept on checking her phone every two seconds, and was very defensive when I told her she was hurting me.
I do not recommend and will most definitely never go back.
