Kim's Nail Salon

The worst experience ever.
Poor customer service. Very expense day light robbery. Note never go for shellac manicure. The worst one I have ever seen.
After I spoke to her that I was not happy she was so rude. Won't recommend anyone.

Went in to get my nails done and paid £20 for a full set of lush gel nails. So happy with the result.

I'm not sure why people have wrote these bad reviews!! I went to Kim's for years I moved so it became harder to get there! I hope I can return at some point as kim & her husband are absolutely lovely people & there service is outstanding definitely the best nail salon in Cardiff by far!!! No one has been as good as Kim's!! Shes really friendly! Highly recommend!!

Kim and her husband are amazing. They have a lovely family that lives above the shop and are so dedicated to their customers and to this community of Grangetown. Unfortunately, I'm terrible at remembering to make an appointment, but somehow Kim always fits me in. Super affordable and one of the kindest shop owners around. My daughter and I always enjoy our time together when we visit for shellac manicures and pedicures. You won't go wrong visiting Kim's nails!

I had acrylic nails done, Told her i want square shape she did them oval, also always leaving me wait, she rushed my nails. very aggressive when filing my nails hurted alot! my thumb nail is also not straight at all

As a 'nail newbie' I've had my nails done at Kim's twice now. The staff are friendly, professional, and always do a great job
