Always walk the dog around the meadows. Plenty of walks. Does flood after heavy rain. It's a little dodgy later on in the evening, but I think that's the council for not fixing lights.

This place is so beautiful, it is a great place to walk the dog, there is lots to see and the views are great, there are some off lead bits and bit I would keep him on lead, just so he doesn't scare the wildlife. It can get very muddy here so after a visit you will need to wash your dog to get any mud from between there pads as this can course foot rot. Every time I've been it has been clean and tidy with no rubbish left any where, having gone quite a few times now I can say I would definitely recommend this place for a dog walk or just a walk to get some fresh air.

Well managed area, easy to spot Swans and Herons, also an elevated hide for serious twitchers. Unfortunately only marred by the continuous drone of the nearby A6
