Nice local dog walking spot with fantastic views around and towards Blackpool on a clear day. Keep an eye open for the deer and other wildlife. Please clean up after your dog and take your litter to a bin at the end of most of the footpaths.

It's OK I suppose if you live at Buckshaw, as its on your doorstop, good place to get out locally, but not really anything special to have to make a journey for.
