Netley Common

A nice walk through trees. Well made paths, benches to rest on, shady areas and the distant sound of passing traffic. But I can still hear the birds singing and squiggles rustling in the fallen leaves.

Limited parking but well laid out walk with nice woodland surroundings.
However very dog busy. I walk my dogs here on the lead and with care due to the larg numbers of dog walkers who have their dogs off lead.

Sadly this is no longer the beautiful area it use to be. Since the pandemic it is now full of youths on mopeds, having bonfires and group gatherings. All of the gates that kept the area safe and secure if you were walking your dog are now all broken.

Always walk my dogs here,such a nice place to walk.

For a cooler walk for yourself and your dog on a hot summer day, as there's plenty of cover.

If you live near to Netley Common this is a nice walk although you can walk your dog here it's very clean so it's OK for kids to lean about the woods as well

Nice place to walk the dogs. Different pathways to follow, carpark is just off the main road but the walk is all safe for dogs to run around.
