Perfect for woodland walks. Although popular with joggers and dog-walkers, the numerous earthen paths and relatively open woods mean that it stays quiet and feels magical.

Recently, enterprising forest managers have created several Beatrix Potter-themed log houses from pieces of felled timber, which make a walk with children into a treasure hunt through the trees.

Highly recommended for an hour or two of romping through the woods!

My first walk of the year on New Year’s Day. A new area to explore. I had driven in the area often but never walked in the area of Limpsfield Chart. It’s a place I intend to explore on foot this year. I wasn’t disappointed on my first little walk . Can’t wait to explore the rest.

A very pleasant day spent walking the grounds and venturing out into the surrounding countryside, some stunning views across Kent and Sussex

Brilliant location to take kids for a walk and picnic. The area with the small animal houses is not too big and just the right size for smaller children. There is plenty of scope for building dens or utilising those that others have already brought.

Such a fabulous place for a dog walk with kids. There's a fun little Peter Rabbit trail which the kids adored, an abundance of logs and makeshift houses for dogs, kids and adults to enjoy and explore. Small car park but free parking and means the place isn't overrun with people. No amenities but that's all part of the charm!

We had a lovely time here and our littleuns enjoyed looking for all the Peter Rabbit bits and bobs. Good sized free car park, with quick access to the walks and nature. Lots of wood structures and places to climb on, climb in & hide inside - a perfect environment to make the parents all worried they can't find their children

Lovely walk round with the children, the 4 stars is for how lovely it was and the little features like Peter rabbit post office and owl house and couple others ,
would have done 5 stars but for us we was excited to visit to find all the peter rabbit bits but felt it was a shame that some of the stuff had been removed like hedgehog Hall ect.

It was not listed or obvious of what was left to find or what was still there , we was actually told by a regular walker not to search to much as most of it had gone.

Could not find any information on it at all.

But other than that a lovely walk a nice place for a picnic and family day out.
