A beautiful area that has two lakes which you can walk around. The largest lake has a pathos great for disabled users or pushchairs. The second top lake is passable but can get messy in wet weather... bring your boots. There is a pub nearby and the Blaenavon Steam train .
Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on leads during the bird mating season.

Lovely little walk around the lakes, we saw so many tadpoles. Great to see lake management and breeding areas for the birds

Lovely place to visit on a sunny day..Nice walk around the lake and seems to be popular with anglers. Nice smooth path all around the lake suitable for bikes and wheelchairs.

Very lovely place for a walk (even on a wet day) found on the off chance of driving to Blaenavon and decided to stop for a walk. Found the car park and had a lovely stroll. Views were amazing and both lakes beautiful. Recommended and as local to me will become one of my go to walking areas.

Lots of dog friendly walks. Surrounded by mountains. Access to Blaenavon railway and big pit.
