If you want a beautiful walk on rugged, interesting coastline, head to the Worm’s head!

Beautiful evening way, the walk is fairly easy when above the tide line, can be tricky below it.

Recommend good shoes. Check the tide times or you’ll have to spend the night...

Beautiful views on every part of the walk, takes 45 minutes give or take depending on your footwear and speed of walk. There is a section in the middle which can be tough for dogs and those rather young/elderly. Disabled access is limited so be careful. The final part of the walk includes a small simple rock climb if you're prepared. Once completed it is an incredibly rewarding view! Would recommend. Theres also a pub nearby to drink away the pain!

Amazing views, fortunately last time I was here was when the seals where there with there little cubs/ baby seals. Make sure you time it right as with the tides you can get cut off from land.

Great experience for all family, very proud of our children (14 and 10 years old) doing the trail 4.5 miles out and back.
Be ready for lot’s of climbing on different types of rocks.
Lucky to see the grey seals, was like a reward for the effort we had done.
View was amazing from every angle.
Tips: non slippery shoes, small rucksack, water, check the tidal times.
Enjoy the experience

Absolutely stunning
Got to see the seals as well, great that they have a sign there regarding people disturbing them.
Not suitable for anyone with physical disabilities

Worth the trip, even on an overcast day. As others have suggested, watch the tide times to make sure you’re back before the tide sets in. Some parts are challenging so wear proper footwear to make it through the craggy sections. You’ll be rewarded with amazing views though

Tough walk across the causeway. You do need to be relatively fit to cross over but once you do you realise the effort is well worth it. Be careful to check tide times and definitely aim for 2 hours before the lowest tide to set off if you want to enjoy it more.
