Atmosphere is okay and drink prices are amazing. However the guy in the toilet made me rate it one star less - really annoying thing in the developed countries. Come on! Also, as it's XXI century it'd be nice to allow card transactions at the bar (it's cash only)

Lively club, good choice for Friday night. All rooms are open and have a decent variety of music. Bouncers are good to everyone from what I've seen.

could have had a better time watching paint dry on sand, also the bouncers need to chill out and get better at telling the difference between when people are drunk or high. Pendejos

Good music and nice layout of rooms, drinks prices are good and overall there is a great atmosphere, but it’s cash only.... in 2018. Also from a male perspective some of the bouncers were slightly creepy towards a couple of girls in our group.

They still have a minimum purchase of £5 for paying by card. There also seems to be no official policy for locating lost items - nobody seemed to have any idea where we should ask about it on the night.

Neon do not accept citizenship IDs! My friend went to on Friday night and showed them their citizenship ID as they don’t have a provisional/driving license for personal reasons.

The bouncer said they don’t accept it and we mentioned that previous times when we have gone to Neon, their citizenship ID has been accepted. The bouncer suggested to use passport however they are not comfortable in bringing it out to a club with them (for obvious reasons). Also if someone doesn’t have a passport, what are they expected to use? The bouncers were really rude and dismissive to us about the situation and we are unsure on how they are expected to prove their age.

Unfortunately my friend won’t be getting a license any time soon and are reluctant to bring their passport so some clarity on what they are expected to use would be helpful.
