Great place to congregate with pals, fairly priced drinks, great atmosphere and the DJ's are great! Security are respectful and good at their jobs, when trouble is caused they deal with it effectively rather than beating you and leaving you outside the club on the curb like some local clubs. Great place, definitely a place to go for a good night!

Worst nightclub I’ve ever experienced was in the VIP lounge and not allowed back in due to our Vodka being stolen after some poor performance of a review of the cctv footage several members aggressive of the security force were unwilling to accept my frustration instead they were unprofessional rude disrespectful and immature. Worst nightclub I’ve ever experienced in the whole of the world.

Genuinely one of the worst clubs I’ve ever been in, music was bad, 0 strippers, and the floors are suspiciously sticky. Security is like checking into an airport, absolutely ridiculous I got searched and had to go through a metal detector gate. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. 8/8 WOULD NOT recommended to a mate.

I went last night with my fiancée to celebrate my birthday. It was our first time there even tho we leaving in this city over a year.
The security guys were asked our ID which we give, then another security guy has asked again and wanted to scan it and randomly started to shout to “come here quick,quick” because he was taking a photo of me.
All of this is fine, however I’m coming to night club to enjoy my self, and not been shouted at as we are not in a prison or I wasn’t drunk that I don’t know what is the procedure. All my mood just went off for a few minutes as I don’t think a lady(human being) has to be treated like this in a distraction place! We had a good time but this was not a good experience. I understand the security’s job but … be kind to people! 😌

The difference in management is unreal, I suffered with a really bad panic attack and cannot fault the staff members and bouncers at all, especially Sarah who went above and beyond what you’d expect to make sure I was okay, I cannot thank her enough!

Went to true a few nights ago with a small group of friends, one bouncer was behaving oddly and came over to my female friend and was showing her out of the room,she wasn’t sure why but followed to see what was going on, he then told her she had to leave and starting getting extremely aggressive and proceeded to grab her arm so hard it bruised,he couldn’t seem to tell us why he wanted her to leave… the whole thing was odd and scary. There were multiple members of staff including a manager that just stood…and watched!!
It’s extremely alarming to see how many reviews there are regarding the bouncers being aggressive… and the response from tru is just as shocking “sorry you felt mistreated by our team,please contact this number if we can help” what does it take to happen for you to realise how disgusting this behaviour is… It seems to be easier to pretend it’s not going on rather then deal with it, isn’t it time you started acknowledging this behaviour and dealing with it before someone gets really hurt, that’s if someone already hasn’t been!

my mate called up asking if they accept citizen cards which they then said yes to. came for the nye event where she was told her ID was fake yet it was her REAL ID. They then refused to give back the ID which they said would work. ruined the night.

Don't recommend unless you live close. Been there a few times, it was nothing special. Last time I tried to go with my friends I was allowed through, had nearly gotten past security then a bouncer told me to come out. He made some story up about me starting on him last time I was there and I got kicked out. I thought he was joking but I then realised that they just get a kick out of denying random people. I was being respectful and wouldn't start on some huge bouncer, annoying as I came from uni to see my friends that night and I had to go back home. " I don't forget faces" he said.🤣
