Took my motability car in for its first service. Received a call yesterday to explain the procedure. Got there today at 10am and was seen by Ash Denny. She was extremely efficient and friendly and quickly sorted the paperwork for the courtesy car. She also told us about the new electric car range for when we are due to change. Excellent service, she even parked the courtesy car right outside the door so I did not have far to walk.

Accompanied my son when he went to look at some van buying options. Phoned before we went, spoke with Letitia who was informative and friendly, as she was when we arrived. Dealt with salesperson Chris who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Smooth process with no pressure resulted in buying a van and enjoying free coffee, always a plus on a chilly day!

Went in with my sister in law cause she's buying a Fiat. Seemed friendly and to be fair there doing all the work on her car b4 she picks it up. 🤞👍

They are not very good because I had to wait 11 days before it got booked in for a fault on the car. They gave me courtesy car they couldn't fix it as needed over night but they can not book it in until 30th September 2022. Not good enough. Its a disability car for my partner who need me to drive him about, so I booked in at 4pm yesterday left it over night had to be picked up by a family member as no courtesy cars available. So had to go a whole day with out a car. Not good enough for a disability car.

Excellent customer service and very friendly and helpful, especially John in Citroen service department.
