Fantastic customer care, polite and professional, recently had a problem with my Nissan X-Trail, dropped the car off to sort out the issue. I was in need of courtesy car to get back home, it was looking almost impossible to get a car without prior booking and availability. I was waiting for the cab to pick me up then Ben came into my rescue. He went above and beyond to sort out the courtesy car for me so that I can reach home safely. Ben is really professional, friendly and lovely guy. Hendy Nissan Salisbury not only provides excellent service but also provides excellent customer service. Thank you!

Very happy with the service I was given at Hendy Nissan today by Mark. I viewed a car on line late last night, and turned up this morning to have a proper look. Mark was very helpful and could not do enough to help without being pushy. Very happy to buy from him and recommend the service to all.

Last week we purchased a new (to us) Nissan from Mark in Salisbury. The whole process, from start to finish, was a pleasure. No sales pressure, Mark was just friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We traded in our old car and everything was simple and to our expectations. The next time we change our car, we will certainly go back to Hendy in Salisbury.

I have purchased a 6 month old Ford Mondeo from Hendy Nissan Salisbury and am delighted with it. I had had a ford before and wanted another. Mark the sales advisor was able to get me this one from their Ford depot. I found nothing was too much trouble my mum even purchased a little Micra as a run a round too. I can certainly recommend Hendy for your next car if they haven’t got it the can get it.

We collected our Nissan qashqai this morning. We were greeted by the sales employee, who we had an appointment with, as soon as we walked in. He had all the paperwork ready to go and sign. We were in and out in 15minutes. The manager also came out to check that we were satisfied with the vehicle and service. Not only was it easy collecting and finalising the purchase of the car, I was given a bunch of flowers for the birth of our daughter last week.
Approachable and very friendly service from the sales team and manager.
