Been a regular customer at this garage for many years because I found the staff top class and nothing seems too much trouble for them. Always been a curtesy car available and the charges are kept competitive. It is a family run firm and they value their staff as well as their customers. Most of my family buy new and second hand cars from them and the after service is top rate. Been a customer from when they started in Emlyn Street all those many years ago .

Went for a test drive in a nissan leaf. I was very impressed with the service i received and the car. The dealership is ckwan, comfortable and personal are friendly and knowledgeable. Great many cars both new and used are in excellent condition and very clean. One of the best dealerships in the area.

Nissan were once again very helpful away from home. Chris, on the service desk, went the extra mile to help when I had an engine management diesel water filter light and a 6hr drive next day. He managed to fit me in a slot that day as I would have also had nowhere to stay. BIG THANKS CHRIS👍

Just had my brakes replaced along with front disc’s and the level of service was quite simply superb, very friendly staff and very fast service and zero problems, I would highly recommend Barton & Townley in Barrow in Furness for servicing my car. Thank You

the "gentleman" in question is a big fraud, who has misleading photos. I bought a product worth €175 including shipping and he is asking me to send it back to him for a refund. He informs me about the shipping company that sent it and the shipping company asks me for a code that only the "master" has. Without that code, the shipping costs are €280!!! And he refuses to cover the transport costs and acts like he doesn't understand!! The worst thing that has ever existed in the world!! AWAY FROM THE SCAMMER!!! You will lose both your money and your time talking to someone who doesn't care!!!!!! After my own experience, I am sure that the reviews he has are fake or pre-paid by forms to increase his sales! If you go to google you will see that others have clicked on it like me!!!!!!! FAR!!!!!

Poor customer services. I had an engine warning light appear and they refused to help, the gentlemen i spoke to was sharp, abrupt and rude. I was there on holiday and needed to travel back to Suffolk the following day. I contacted my local Nissan garage who talked me through what to do and offered me advice and assurance over the phone. Its a shame this garage were not willing to even give advice.

I bought my Nissan from Barton Townley last year. The process was very simple and the sales team were brilliant. I dealt mainly with Dave Risley - he was brilliant all the way through from ordering the vehicle to handing it over. Last week I went back to the Garage to have my car serviced and again I can not fault one thing. Chris Eccles was excellent from getting me booked in, to explaining the work completed and the final bill, plus the car was spotless! I highly recommend this garage. The staff there are really helpful and friendly.

Fantastic customer service at Barton Townley, we came all the way from Essex to collect a car for my mother from Dave Riseley who was super helpful and really efficient! Dave and the team made sure everything we expected/needed was ready, with no issues and made the whole process easy & smooth. Would strongly recommend!
