I arrived for the second time in a few weeks because of car problems. Here I received sincere attention and 100% help right away. I would like to thank the wonderful ladies Dawn Simmonds and Eunice Adoma, and the technical department who did everything to make my visit and the inspection of the vehicle pleasant and smooth.
I would definitely recommend coming here if you have a need.

I always bring my car here whenever I have a issue or it requires maintenance and I can't fault the service I receive from the service department especially Dawn she is a credit to the department. I will continue to return even though I don't even own a nissan because its always a pleasure when using the service department

I went with my daughter last week to Marshalls at Dartford, where she bought a second hand Quashquai from Shahed, who gave us first class service throughout the transaction. He was pleasant, efficient and courteous in all our dealings with him, which made the whole experience quite enjoyable, which cannot often be said when buying a second hand car! The car itself was in very good condition, sold with a full MOT and service, with a 12 month warranty and roadside assistance, and at a very reasonable price; and my daughter also received a very good trade in price for her old car.

Came in to Marshall Nissan Dartford today to buy a car. I was completely ignored for 10 minutes even though several members of staff looked at me but no one came over to speak to me. Eventually, I went over to a member of staff in an office to ask if there were any sales team working today.Her reply was “ Have you made an appointment?” I hadn’t but said I’ve been here for 10 minutes and not one person has made an effort to make contact with me. She said she would get someone to come out to see me.Another few minutes later a male salesman came out of his glass fronted room ( which was directly opposite where I was standing so he was fully aware i had been standing there for quite some time) he then walked all the way round the back of the admin area before coming out to the area I was in.I asked if he was one of the sales team, he said he was. I added that I’d been standing here waiting for someone to come out for over 10 minutes. His answer was that he was going into a meeting. At that point I said well that’s just cost you over £30,000 I’m not going to buy a car from here. He shrugged his shoulders so I walked out. I have no idea what is going on in your dealership but on todays evidence I’m surprised your still in business.

Had a problem at the beginning of the sale, but this was soon rectified my the management who treated my problem with a lot of professionalism and sorted it out straight away.
I recommend this garage anybody who wants to buy a reliable car.

Called up a week before wanting to trade in my used Nissan. Came at the time i was told and met William the 'sales manager' who made excuses not to buy it even though was immaculate. Then a week later even after phone calls from William saying he had an offer for my vehicle.. still nothing. Useless centre.

Excellent service, took car in early morning for major service + mot + cambelt change, had it back mid afternoon, well pleased. Staff very friendly as well.

I have been to Marshall at Maidstone and customer service there is excellent. Here at the darford and you won't believe me If I tell you that I waited for more than 20-25 mins now and the part guy wont apologise and attend to me. Kept on attending to same customer for over 20mins. She's buy 000' worth of part so I guess that's why he didn't even bother asking someone to assist me or even just telling he's noticed me. Other guys just keep walking around. They will ask and not help.
I will never order my parts to dartford again. Terrible customer experience.
