Glyn Hopkin Nissan St Albans

All to often we hear about bad service from dealerships and quite rightly so. It's good to know the ones to avoid and bad workmanship and shoddy service should always be called out.
However this review is the polar opposite to that. Just had My Techroad Duster serviced at Glyn Hopkins dealership in St. Albans. It was a 'B' service (it's done 20.000 thousand miles on a 69 plate). Great customer service. Polite and helpful (Scarlet Brown on the customer service desk should be singled out for her fantastic and courteous attitude if anyone from the dealership should read this!) I also got a video from the dealership showing under the Duster and explaining a few bits and bobs about it. Duster was valeted after the service as well at no extra cost so he looks shiny and (almost!!) new again. £151 Inc vat. I'm happy with that!

Excellent service when buying a new car from Glyn Hopkin. Couldn't do enough for me. Ahmed was great, very personable and professional. Also the apprentice (can't remember his name) who took me out for test drives was really good. Very friendly and attentive. He'll go far!

From the first day of stepping into the showroom to picking my car up Ahmed has been very polite, helpful and explained everything I needed to know about my chosen car. Visited this place today as my car was booked in for a recall, a safety aspect on a rear door. The work was carried out in a very professional way and I was told as soon as I arrived what they were going to do and how long it would take. The staff were so very helpful and friendly and as soon as the work was done I was informed and were on my way! Great Nissan dealer, would definitely recommend to family and friends. The service I received from Ahmed was excellent from the moment I walked into St Albans branch.
The fact that Ahmed was able to provide me with a vehicle within two weeks was amazing. Ahmed integrity was maintained throughput my experience. His customer service and listening skill is on par. Nothing is a problem for Ahmed and even when I requested aftercare his conduct never changed. In my experience a salesman attitude changes once the deal has been completed, but not with Ahmed, he never changed and responded to me with the same sincerity.

Fantastic customer service, the team acknowledged me as soon as I arrived. I looked at a couple of cars and ended up purchasing a brand new car having gone in intent to purchase a used vehicle.
All the team were very polite, friendly and welcoming and told me what I needed for my requirements ensuring I got the right spec. having dogs and a teen, I need ample space with the right gadgetS. I liked that the boot had a cover to keep things in and an emergency pack. Jussey kept me updated at all times throughout my purchase and Gave me a point of contact when she wasn’t in .
