Came to Ancaster Slough yesterday with a fuel leak, Matt temporarily fixed it for me until my part came in today, part fitted and car returned within the hour.

Decent place to get the car serviced. Friendly staff and once Car has been serviced and MOT'd, they send a video with findings which is great. One thing I personally don't like is if I want any thing to be checked as part of service, every single inspection need to be formally paid separately. I appreciate investigations cost time and time = money/resources, but it would be good to offer a basic level of triage timeboxed to help Customers.

I had my MOT and service today and Mike was so kind and helpful in explaining everything clearly and taking extra care in his role. Car is in good working order now and freshly clean!

Found the staff extremely helpful and informative. Work was completed on time, love the video feedback provided by the engineer, which talks through and shows any issues found. Particularly mention to Mark Burton who was very professional and helpful.
