Had to take my car in for a safety recall. The staff were all very professional. A young lady helped me and was very warm and polite at all time. She offered me tea or coffee while I waited. They were very efficient when fixing my car. Happy for me to mooch around at look at the cars they had in stock. Happy to answer all questions I had. Highly recommend

Needed to take my Pickup to have the stereo recoded and unlocked. This was done while I waited. Job done without any problems and staff were all very nice. Also impressed they didn't try to tell me my car needed lots of other work doing or find anything else to add to the bill. Very refreshing experience, thankyou.

Contacted the garage and spoke with Mario regarding a deal that we had seen on their website. We live some distance away and visited the garage and Mario had organised a test drive. He was very courteous and had a great sense of humour. He put us at ease immediately with his thoughtful and honest discussions. We agreed to purchase the car there and then. He arranged the paperwork and provided us with a handover date. On the day we were looked after by Amjad the manager as Mario wasn’t in. The handover was seamless he also also had a nice demeanour. Clearly a nice place to work Can thoroughly recommend this business and the staff. - unlike some other manufacturers where the staff weee rude and I’ll informed. We have even received a follow call and an welcome email. Great customer service!! DN and LN

My motobility car failed its mot due to a windscreen issue, Arburys service team took over and offered to deliver my car to Coventry and collect for re-mot.
I could not ask for a more pleasant and helpful service from Arbury I've been with these guys for 4 years and always get a great service with direct communication nothing is any trouble for these guys. Thank you.

I went to Nissan Leamington after having appalling service at Nissan Coventry. Well, what a difference they are. I was greeted on arrival, offered a drink on several occasions, not just by the lovely lady on reception, but also a couple of the guys in shirts and trousers.
Adonis was great. He was warm, welcoming and engaging. Nothing seemed too much trouble and he was happy to answer any questions I had.

A lovely dealership and staff. Would definitely recommend

Arbury Nissan Leamington recently did an excellent job in completing safety recall work on my Qashqai. Nikki was curtious and efficient in organising the work, which was done on time and while I waited. I was particularly pleased by the following:
1). The car was inspected for damage in my presence before it went into the workshop.
2). Various fluid levels were topped up, which I hadn't expected.
3). The car was power washed and returned to me in a very clean condition.

I used Arbury Nissan as I had some very poor experiences with my local Nissan dealer. My car had a recall that needed doing, so I wasn't spending any money with Arbury Nissan on this occasion.

Everything was great. The service reception staff were friendly and helpful, and it was really easy to drop off my car. They offered their waiting area for me to use but I decided to walk down to a local shopping area instead.

They told me it would be about an hour and a half when the car would be ready to collect.

I got back to the dealer 90 minutes later and as promised the car was ready, and they had given it a good clean inside and out.

Pick up of the car was quick and simple. The whole experience was very easy for me. It doesn't sound like they did very much, but there are lots of dealers who can get this very wrong (including my local Nissan dealer).

I think the service experience here was exactly what I wanted. I also want to mention how easy it was to book my car in online, and the communication from them was clear and good enough to get the job done.

The only small issue is the car parking area was very full and quite cramped to drive around, but this is typical for many car dealers. I did get a parking spot (the last empty one). When I went to collect my car they had thoughtfully reversed it into the parking space so I could drive out forwards.

I think this dealer has got their service experience right. Although they are a 30 minute drive from my house I'm seriously considering using them in the future.

Terrible.
Very slick sales but as soon as you have a problem you are on your own.
Day 1 the car broke down and I’m now having to follow the ombudsman’s process because they feel the car should only last 80 miles.
