Lovely nursery and staff. My son went there about 13 years ago (when it first opened) ,and now my 4 year old daughter goes. Fantastic facilities, rooms and outdoor space. This year they added roof garden which is a big hit with children. Food menu is great and nursery chef is very popular. They eat really good variety of healthy meals.
Staff are all lovely, as well as learning and playing, children get lots of cuddles. Also big fan of forest school , kids love going out and spending time in nature.
Mustn't forget reception/admin staff who are all the nicest ladies, always happy to help out, very efficient with emails and getting back to parents if they have queries.
All in all great nursery , highly recommend

Had a mixed experience. Nursery was clean and sparking, and food menu looked amazing. Having said that, my daughter didnt have a single good week there. She was a good eater at home but we had several days when she would not eat even a mouthful there. From what heard from other parents (and apologetic staff), many babies rejected the food as menu was too complex for their palette. Plus she was always having one infection after another. The size of their rooms were too big (15-20 in a room!) so more germs than a room with fewer number of kids. Took her off to another nursery and she was much better.

Advantage day nursery is a very good nursery with very friendly and professional staff. I have put 2 of my daughters in the nursery, one being 14 years old now and 1 being 2 years old who is currently attending the nursery. The staff have always gone above and beyond to make my daughters feel settled and safe. I would highly recommend this nursery to others and have done over the years.

Both my children went to Advantage (one boy and one girl) and both absolutely loved their time there. The staff were always accommodating and helpful and clearly genuinely really care about the kids. Don’t be put off by the exterior look and the size of the building; have a look inside before passing judgement. There are really good amenities for the kids but also the parents such as ample parking which many other nurseries in the area don’t have. I have often recommended Advantage to other parents.

Both of my children attended Advantage for a number of years, the youngest leaving for school in September. I cannot rate the nursery highly enough!! Excellent play areas both inside and outside, fantastic staff, yummy food and a singing chef - what more could your children want!

Our daughter attended Advantage for over 1.5 years and she left for school in September 2020 with lots of confidence and skills that she had gained from her time there.
It is a big nursery, but it has the feel of a much smaller setting because of the excellent room and reception staff. The quality of the facilities and toys is brilliant and they take pride in maintaining equipment, revamping outdoor spaces and areas.
In our daughters preschool room, the staff/key-workers were stable for the whole year so we were met by the same friendly faces every day who knew our daughter well and took fantastic care of her.
The reception/admin staff are extremely professional and friendly and take care of all matters with regards to fees/funding etc so there was no stress or hassle involved in sorting such things.
We really felt like part of the nursery (we loved the stay and play days, Christmas show and fair, graduation for the children) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others or use again.

Really bad experience. staff was not qualified of caring really rude and doesn’t care about the children’s . Kala one of the staff she was good human being and one more staff I don’t know her name big lady she was happy face and smile.otherwise everyone rude.

Children’s are crying doesn’t care about it.they didn’t equally treated every children’s.
Please smile and take care of nicely because they all children parents are believe nursery so that why they leave it in your hands so respect them.

Very poor quality of care, feel really sorry for my son that he had to stay in this place for 1.5 years. Management was not interested in addressing any of the issues, just tried to bully and threaten us into staying quiet. They had the cheek to tell me that my expectations from their staff is too high when I found my 10 month old wearing the same nappy at 4 pm that we had given him at home at 7:30 am. Another day found my toddler lying floor during pick up, looked very pale and unwell but no staff member bothered to check on him. Took him to A&E where Doctor said he was dehydrated as not been fed water all day. When we complained, management wanted to send a legal notice to doctor instead of talking to their staff! Probably will get a threatening email from them after posting this review.
