I stupidly ran out of oil. I rang Oil 4 Wales first thing this morning and explained my predicament. They were very understanding and said they would call me back once they checked what they could do, having explained that there was a two to three week waiting list on orders. They called me back saying sorry they couldn't do anything immediately but that they would get me some oil by Monday or Tuesday next week. I was pretty pleased with that. Two hours later 1000 litres of oil was delivered to my very remote farmhouse above LLandecwyn. I was simply overjoyed! Thank you Oil 4 Wales you are amazing!
