Dan Nguyen - Private Cataract Surgery Wrexham

My husband discovered he had cataracts before lockdown. By the time he got to have them assessed they were so bad he could barely see at all, but was told the waiting list was three years! Waiting that long would have been intolerable.
We saw Mr Nguyen and the surgery was just over a month later. He had both eyes done and the difference was amazing, he could instantly see so much better and the surgery was quick and completely painless. He had to laugh when the next day he went to comb his hair and saw his own face clearly for the first time in years.
He is even coping without glasses, which he has worn since childhood, although he will need them for reading (eye test in the pipeline). Mr Nguyen and everyone we came into contact with were friendly and professional throughout. A positive experience all round.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Nguyen. I was extremely apprehensive about having my eyes operated on. However, Mr Nguyen put me completely at ease, he explained the procedure in full beforehand and also during the procedures. I cannot thank him enough for giving me my eyesight back

Excellent service and amazing results. After 50 years of struggling with very poor eyesight and a very high lens prescription I can now see amazingly well.

The procedure carried out by Mr Nguyen has been life changing for me. I had been very short sighted and totally dependent on contact lenses and glasses for a very long time. Recently I had become sensitised to my RGP lenses and my eyesight with glasses was disturbingly poor.

Now I am able to see clearly, very first thing in the morning. Words can't express just how good that is.

Mr Nguyen has been very sportive and very contactable. I had been having eyeli problems priory to the procedure. I was able to contact hlm at any time. He provided invaluable support and assistance, quickly responding and providing useful advice.

Not sure how to start this review as thank you is not enough. From meeting Mr. Dan Nguyen to having my surgery I felt it was right for me. I have been researching Lens Replacement Surgery for four years and have had two previous consults with other surgeons but felt happy to go ahead when I met Dan.
