Very professional staff and happy to help. Upon visit I was attended to promptly and got sorted out few minutes before my actual appointment which definitely was a plus. I got help with choosing my new set of glasses and I was overall happy with the experience.

Very busy but deal with quickly in a professional and friendly manner. £69 ( with own perspiration ) and a “free” pair of prescription sunglasses. Not sure what the eye tests are like but ideal for replacement glasses.

Wow, my Specsaver Distance Sunglasses had lost a tiny screw. I was looked after without an appointment and my glasses were fixed whilst I waited. There was no charge. I was greeted with a huge smile and when my glasses were handed back to me I was informed that if I should need any further assistance just ask. True customer service and with a genuine smile

I visited Specsavers a couple of months ago following a two year lapse due to covid restrictions and self imposed restrictions. At the time I provided a glowing report on this branch due to the high level of customer service provided together with the hygiene standards in place, at that time.
However, having received the two pairs of glasses ordered I noted a visual issue with one of the pairs. I returned to the shop, discussed the matter with an assistant, and was offered a replacement pair. At the time I asked for the second pair (Polaroids) to be the same frames as my distance glasses. This was agreed and the order placed. Two weeks later I called in to collect the new pair only to be told they were not available due to them being no longer in production. I was not forewarned, before my appointment the glasses would not be available. When I questioned why this wasn't known at the time of the order I was told it was the fault of their suppliers. Clearly, no check was made when the order was placed. Consequently, I selected an alternative pair from the display and waited.
Two weeks later I revisited the store to collect the replacements, only to be told, once again!! the frames were no longer in production. Needless to say I wasn't happy. The store assistant told me he would call the supplier (again) to check if that was correct. He returned, and told me the same thing - no longer in production. Whilst I had been waiting, I browsed through frames on display and noted that exactly the same pair of frames I had ordered were still being offered for sale. I confronted the assistant, who could not offer an acceptable explanation. Consequently I asked to speak with the manager. Ten minutes later the manager came out and advised me the glasses had been assembled but were delayed in the post due to a postal strike. This was completely at odds with what I had just been told - more lies?? I told her I was appalled with what had happened, what I had been told, and that lying to customers, or anyone else for that matter was unacceptable. She responded by blaming Specsavers suppliers and offered a weak apology. I am now awaiting delivery of the second pair of glasses I ordered. Somehow, the manager was able to provide me with a date of delivery and collection. Perhaps she has inside information regarding the Post Office delivery system?
Whatever issues Specsavers have with their suppliers needs to be sorted out between them. Internal administration issues should not be aired in public and used as an excuse for incompetence.

Like a cattle market 2 hrs for an eye test.Given an appointment date and time to have the glasses fitted.Arrived on the day and time and were kept waiting 10 minutes and then told the glasses were not ready.Told they would be ready in 2 days, they weren't. Got them 1 week later, the nose pads on one pair were badly bent.

I have contacted them to ask them what to do as my daughter's glasses was broken and the lady who answered the phone asked me did she broke her glasses the one she has had recently!!😳 I told her she had it for a year and she was very rude. Eventually she gave me an appointment after two days. When i went there they told me that they don't have a similar one to replace the glasses temple and i need to wait for four days . I told them my daughter already has a headache for two days and i can't wait more so they said that why we recommend to buy a spare pair and they didn't mention to check with the other store. I was also told i do not need to book an appointment for broken glasses you just need to come directly to the store 😳 I was really shocked. So I took the glasses from them and went to the sincil branch without any appointment and they managed to fix it immediately.
Morrison branch were very rude, so i don't recommend it at all. My daughter had to suffer from headache for three days because of their unprofessional service. I am really disappointed with this service😔 .
