Friendly team helped my 81yo mother to have her eyes tested. Wheel chair access was good. Staff did their best to accommodate getting machines lined up. Full test not completed and have to use home visit, which is not very flexible time-wise.

Always had a good experience but saturday was different. Should pick my glasses up Sunday but could not. Phoned chelmsford high street branch to change appointment. They said that's fine but make sure come in after 3.30pm. Got there about 5pm to be told they were not there. When I said but they said after 3.30pm the woman who I was dealing with said quite rudly - they were wrong. No apology just come back at 5.30pm. Went back at 5.35pm still not there and while I was waiting another customer came in with children and explained they were told to come back at anytime. The said woman told them again rudly that there was no optitions to sign off the children's glasses so you will have to come back another time. I finally walked out if the shop at 6pm after having a lovely man and lady sort my glasses out. They either need more training about the shop/times/what they can do or the women needs to know we are only going by what we have been told by the staff in the shop and it is not us she should be cross with.

Popped in today as the arm fell of my glasses ! The team were straight on it and repaired them in less than 5 minutes .

A great place to get your eyes checked and a pair of glasses with it. Customer care is really great in shop.

Friendly staff. Was well looked after. Went to order a new pair of glasses to replace mine that broke. Was fortunate to get a slot within a 48 hour period. My current pair was overdue though as it was around the two year mark to get a replacement.

They have a ten working day wait to get my glasses though. Wished it was shorter! Staff promised to keep me informed. I'm hoping they keep to their promise. Place comes recommended.
