Professional service given on condition of current vision and relevant glass lenses supplied. Glasses 👓 supplied work perfectly, and I can see perfectly again 😁

Avoid at all cost !!!!
I went and had an eye test as i obviously i needed one .
I had the test picked my glasses from day one the glasses havent been right.
For 2 reasons the arm fell off and the glasses fell to the floor the other reason there felt a film over my eyes when wearing them .
I went into the Ashford branch
where i see Molly and she was full off excuses .

The glasses were cracked ,no wonder when they hit the floor due to being poor quality ,so how is this my fault.
With the blurred vison Molly said this is down to me not purchasing the anti glare for them .
another intresting point for customers Molly said to me at the counter can you read the ipad ,i said only so far down and to which she replied your perscription was correct .
What sort of eyr tedt is this .
So basicially im out of pocket and
having glasses i cant look out
off let alone use .
I will be getting in touch with the optical consumer complaints service and the general optical council to raise this complaint .
Please avoid at all cost .
Other people i know are having issues with glasses from there .

Have just come in and received the best service from Rob who helped me pick some glasses and the lady doing the appointment was AMAZING her name is Hafila. She was so nice! So talkative and amazing to my little boy, she made me feel so comfortable! Could t recommend her enligh

I would be very happy if my new glasses ever arrived - all I have had is an email saying they aren't ready and no idea when they will be - not up to your usual standard Specsavers and I wonder if I'll ever use you again...............

Great experience for getting my new glasses and signing up for contact lenses. What I can't understand though is why you have to pay upfront for your lenses? I paid for 3 months and got 3 sets of lenses to take home. The very next month they took another payment and have taken another one each month, so far 3 months worth. In all I've paid for 6 months. I only signed up in September. It's only just January now!!! Not impressed Specsavers, not impressed.

Extremely helpful staff, turned up without an appointment and they still managed to mend my son's bent glasses on the spot, many thanks!!
