Vision Express Opticians - Canterbury

Richard and I visited the Canterbury store what lovely helpful staff. We were made to feel welcome and were advised on the best glasses for us I highly recommend this store. The optician went beyond to explain everything and best I test I have ever had very thorough

I had an eye test two days ago. The staff were too helpful and doctor was really friendly and nice. Excellent service and reasonable price for eye test.

I was kindly served by Lucas T who gave me excellent customer service. He was quick, informative and I was able to get a new glass frame with lenses without feeling anxious.

I was very nervous being in Canterbury for first time due to Covid. I have to be very careful due to being on chemotherapy. My details were found quickly, I was passed to a helper who listened to my request for a second pair glasses in my own old frames. She was clear about all possibilities, didn't push me to spend more.
She needed to go and work on my current glasses due to fact I had had them delivered ages ago and they had never been checked at the shop due to Lockdown. I had had a fall in them so they did need realigning. She was very careful to reassure me that this would take a while and I shouldn't worry.
Then she quoted for new half price lenses, checked the cover I had taken out and worked out the price etc. This was so that I really understood. She was very kind.
I like the fact that you don't feel hassled to spend more than you wish. Also that there was no quibble about the glasses. I had phoned to say I would be wanting a second pair after receiving my new glasses ages ago, but couldn't get to the shop due to the return of my cancer. All very relaxed. Thankyou.

Excellent service over a number of years. I believe they saved the vision in one of my eyes by directing me to go straight to A&E where a partially detached retina was diagnosed. Expert care and service.
