Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Nelson

Very pleased with my varifocals and single vision glasses.
Staff are professional and very welcoming. They don't rush you to pick your frames and help you to choose the right ones for your lenses and face.

I have been a customer of Specsavers in Nelson for many years, but yesterday had been taken aback by one of the staff, namely Andrew. I had only called in for batteries for my hearing aids but when he came to greet us, he knew my name. Also, we had been a customer when he first started there so it had been a pleasurable visit

Made appointment for my hearing on nhs by phone was told 15th git there told i was 2 days late, made appointment on line for hearing on nhs git phone call day before to say it was private and they would cancel my appointment as i want nhs. Been going for 10 years with nhs now got to go doctors and get a referral, not a good place to go as akways over booking or don't want nhs anymore.

Went to book eye test staff very helpful and polite made one comfortable.

Very thorough, friendly, and attentive staff. I have always managed to find two pairs of glasses which suit me, and I like.

After years of being a customer I was most disappointed on my visit this week. The dog damaged one of the arms on my glasses. I fully expected to just have a new arm fitted. No a new frame at the cost of £50.00. Cannot do repairs because of COVID but we can sell new Glasses. Are spare parts not new???
