Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Cheltenham North West

I had a full eye health test done and updated my prescription. I was helped by 3 members of staff who were all very friendly and knowledgeable and went over my results with me in depth. I really like the frames I found and got both a regular pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. I’m very happy with my experience.

This branch is a little bit cramped, being inside a Sainsbury's and all, but my appointment was at 2pm on a work day and I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. There was also a good selection of specs to try on, despite the limited space.

The staff were friendly and professional, and observed good COVID measures ( cleaning glasses after being tried on, wearing masks, etc. )

Got myself some new varifocals. Not too expensive... £85 I paid. Took 2 weeks for order to arrive.
Took Eire here to get her eyes tested. Sukreet was great with her. She needs glasses which is a shame. But she is happy about it and picked a couple of pairs.

Impossible to get an appointment here according to the online booking!. Moved to this one to save dragging into town. Shouldn't have bothered as have to drag into town anyway. Couldn't even get a child's appointment so went elsewhere and turns out he needed glasses full time. Really disappointed with this specsavers in this store!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Paulette at Cheltenham Gallagher retail Specsavers. I’ve been having issues\delays with getting my contacts delivered due to manufacturing side of things and she’s gone above and beyond to help me get some quicker from elsewhere and delivered them herself to my home address I thought was very thoughtful what a lovely lady! Massively appreciated.

Have always used Spec Savers and they've never let me down. Great friendly, helpful, polite staff with excellent customer service.

Waited from 1st October for an eye test. Paid for glasses. Glasses ready 16th November but not correct. Second eye test booked for 24th November when I was told I had to wear glasses for two weeks. That was when I cancelled.

Excellent service. Very patient practitioners. Very clear and helpful when answering questions about vision and glasses. Easy parking and access.
